Rewards stack — a Legend can hold up to 16 free months total. Each level unlocks once and never expires once earned; you choose when to activate it.
From opening the referral screen to your friend's first sign-up, here's the full path.
Go to More → Referral Program in the app. Available once you're on the Basic plan.
CardSense generates a personal code (e.g. JOHN-A3B2) and a shareable link tied only to your account.
Tap Share to send your link through Messenger, SMS, email, or any app — or hand them your code directly.
Your friend taps your link (or enters your code), installs CardSense, and signs in with Google on their own device.
Once they sign up — and later subscribe — your badge, progress bar, and rewards update in real time on the Referral screen.
When a level unlocks, tap Activate Reward to apply your free months whenever you're ready.
The referral program is monitored server-side to keep rewards fair for everyone. Here's what's protected.
Your own email and referral code are automatically rejected — both on-device and on our servers — before a signup is ever recorded.
A secure device fingerprint checks that the referrer and referee aren't signing up from the same physical phone.
Each physical device can only ever be credited as a referee once — switching Google accounts or clearing app data doesn't reset it.
All signups, subscriptions, and reward grants are validated in our backend — never trusted from the app alone.
Suspicious attempts are logged, and accounts that accumulate repeated red flags have their referral program automatically deactivated.
Referee emails are stored securely and only ever shown to you in masked form — never in full.
